This is similar to my data import request. Alternatively or in addition, allow people to do bulk data entry by presenting the user with a table for the item they are adding with fields for all the metrics, assumptions, etc. so they can quickly populate their data. For example, in the Hiring Plan, allow someone to create a category and maybe you have to manually enter the first person to create all the supporting fields, but then be able to till out multiple entries row by row.
